.AU Domain Registration Terms
By submitting a .AU domain registration application, you agree to the following:
1. Accuracy of Information
All information provided for registering or renewing a .AU domain name (including any supporting documents) is true, complete, and correct to the best of your knowledge, and is not misleading in any way. The application is submitted in good faith
2. Eligibility Requirements
You meet, and will continue to meet, the eligibility criteria prescribed in auDA Published Policies for the .AU domain name throughout the domain name license period.
3. No Duplicate Applications
You have not previously submitted an application for the same .AU domain name with another registrar using the same eligibility criteria, or if you have, that application was rejected.
4. Third-Party Claims
You acknowledge that even if the .AU domain name is successfully registered, your entitlement may be challenged by others with a valid claim.
5. Right to Cancel
You agree that auDA or the registrar may cancel the .AU domain name registration if any of the above statements are found to be false, incomplete, incorrect, or misleading.
6. Validation for Individuals
If you choose “Individual“ as your Entity Type, you consent to verification of your data by a data validation agent. Where applicable, your submitted address must match the address linked to your selected Identification Type.
7. .au Domain Administration Rules
The .au Domain Administration (auDA) sets the rules and policies for registering and managing .au domain names. These rules define eligibility, allocation, and compliance requirements for domain holders. For more details, refer to the official .au Domain Administration Rules – Licensing page.
